Cancellation Policy
Healing Ink has a strict 24 hr cancellation policy. Time for your appointment has been held for your appointment making that time unavailble to others. You must give at least 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule. Appointments that are not properly canceled will be charged a fee, which can be found below. Appointments require a credit card on file in order to uphold this policy. All information is safe and will never be used outside of this policy and approved checkouts at the time of service. Thank you for your understanding. Under 24 hr cancellation: Appointments that are not canceled with 24 hr notice will be charged a fee of 50% of the full cost of the appointment canceled. No call no show: Will be charged 100% of the cost of the missed appointment.
